Course content
This is a personalized one-on-one course preparing learners for the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) course. Coaching can be given for both academic and general versions of the test.
The course is live-online so can be done from your own home or office PC or laptop.
Course content is based on each learner’s needs, but lessons generally follow a format where learners do practice test questions/prepare writing tasks etc. for homework, and class time is used for practicing the speaking interview test, giving detailed feedback on homework writing tasks, addressing other problems with homework (reading and listening), and self-study guidance/tips.

Lesson length/timing: Sundays weekly, 50min/week x10 weeks (10 lessons)
Course start: Flexible
Homework tasks: Around 180+min/week
Lesson format: Real-time (synchronous) online**
Platform is flexible: Zoom/Skype/Facetime etc. (Zoom is recommended).
Total course cost: USD$500.00 (includes weekly practice speaking and writing test grading & feedback preparation)
*All learners take a free 30min one-on-one lesson (& English level-check) before joining the course
**Learners need access to PC or device with a webcam & mic, and a stable internet/WIFI connection to use them.

Language learning is about building practical communication skills and strategies.
It’s important to also have expert support, and most effectively, support that is customized to your personal goals and interests.

My courses provide customized support to language learners, especially those with specialized goals eg. IELTS test preparation, building business communication skills, preparing research presentations, and English interview test practice.
Courses can also be tailor-made for companies or larger schools/institutions.
The courses are online and real-time so can be taken from the comfort of your own home, work, or school. All learner levels, types, and nationalities are welcome.
